HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a full-body cardiovascular workout that involves performing short bursts of intense exercise.
Low impact and high impact options are offered, so this class type is accessible for all levels. You will get addicted to how strong your body feels after a few HIIT classes! Our HIIT classes are either Tabata which involves 8 exercises, with breaks and multiple reps, or circuit, which is one block of exercise at each station. Be prepared to work harder than in a Reformer class.
