Move through a full-body Pilates Interval Training (PIT) workout with Em, designed to support all stages of motherhood—whether you're prenatal, postnatal, or simply looking for a low-impact burn. You'll cycle through 8 exercises for 1 minute each, with short breaks in between, completing two rounds for a full-body boost.

Em offers variations throughout to help you move with confidence and ease, no matter where you're at in your journey. Expect strength, flow, and functional movement—all with zero props and plenty of encouragement.
