PPF Classes


HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a full-body cardiovascular workout that involves performing short bursts of intense exercise. Low impact and high impact options are offered, so this class type is accessible for all levels. You will get addicted to how strong your body feels after a few HIIT classes! Our HIIT classes are either Tabata which involves 8 exercises, with breaks and multiple reps, or circuit, which is one block of exercise at each station.

Open to all levels. Prenatal clients can attend during their first and second trimester, and Postnatal clients can attend from 12 weeks postpartum, with medical clearance.
