Designed specifically for beginners, this welcoming and supportive session will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and help you feel confident before joining our regular classes. You'll learn the key principles of Pilates, practise foundational exercises on both the mat and reformer, and breakdown how to safely and effectively use the reformer machine.
