This course is designed for Pilates Matwork instructors who want to expand their Pilates training to include Reformer Pilates. Over five days, this course will build on your existing Pilates knowledge by teaching you how to instruct a wide variety of Reformer exercises in a class setting.
During your course you will be taught by PPF co-founder and course creator Emily, as well as instructor trainers Ash, Jacqui & Simone. These four instructors pour their hearts and souls into each PPF Pilates Instructor Course and have helped so many students reach their full potential. Want to know more? In-studio course days: students will undertake two practice teaching exams and one written exam.
Post course: students will observe 15 Reformer classes, participate in 10 Reformer classes and apprentice teach small segments in 5 Reformer classes. Students must also submit a Practical Exam video. More information will be provided during the last face-to-face day of the course regarding this.
