This course is designed for Pilates Matwork instructors who want to expand their Pilates training to include Reformer Pilates. Over five days, this course will build on your existing Pilates knowledge by teaching you how to instruct a wide variety of Reformer exercises in a class setting.

Post course:
Students must complete the following:
- Observe 15 Matwork classes,
- 30 hours of Participation: Participate in classes &/or self-learning
- Apprentice teach small segments in 15 Matwork classes,
- 25 hours of Instructing / Practice teaching
- Submit a practical Exam video following detailed criteria.
