Our stretch classes are available in both of our Brisbane studios, in Coorparoo & Camp Hill, and will help you lengthen, loosen, and release both your body and your mind. A stretch class is a must for desk job workers, sore and tight muscles and injuries. Give your tired body some love with a PPF guided stretch class; it is the perfect complement to our other classes.
