Our Introduction to Pilates and Beginner Matwork Instructor Training is a course for people who want to learn more about Pilates, teach Pilates at a gym or Pilates studio or start their own business.

Note: PPF co-founder, Emily, is currently on maternity leave so the upcoming courses will be taught by Kim! Kim was already teaching group fitness when she fell in love with Pilates in 2015.  By 2016, she was teaching Pilates full time and loving every minute.  In 2019, Kim added yoga to her teaching repertoire – helping clients move the body, calm the mind, and live life to the fullest.
