Barre

Our Barre classes combine the best elements of Pilates, functional fitness, and dance-inspired movement to create a fun, energetic, full-body workout. Set to upbeat music and designed around small, controlled movements, barre primarily targets the muscles of the legs, glutes and core while improving balance, coordination, and muscular endurance. Whether you're a seasoned mover or stepping into your first class, expect great music, plenty of encouragement, a few shaking muscles, and a whole lot of fun. Barre has a way of making hard work feel surprisingly addictive and you'll leave feeling strong, challenged, and a little bit taller.

Our Barre classes are open to all levels, as well as prenatal and postnatal with medical clearance.
