Six exercises, 40 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 3 rounds, using nothing but a small patch of floor (and maybe a loop band if it made it into your carry-on). Em’s low-impact options swap the jumping for steady, controlled strength for a focus that is just as effective, but won’t wake the room next door.
