This is your Booty Blueprint — a strength and cardio HIIT class built to help you tone, shape, and strengthen your glutes from every angle. Em will guide you through 3 rounds of 7 exercises, moving through explosive jumps, strong step-ups, and heavy lifts that keep your muscles guessing and your heart rate high. It’s 40 seconds of work, 10 seconds to reset, and a quick breather between rounds to refocus and go again.
Every move in this class is here for a reason — from big, strength-building hip thrusts to fast footwork drills that train your glutes (and your brain) to fire faster and work harder. Em’s using a 10kg weight and a reformer box, but you can grab whatever heavy weight and sturdy surface you have at home.
