Fire Flow 3: Full-Body Reformer Flow with Em

Emily takes you through supine abs, standing glutes, side lying and kneeling work in her advanced pyramid flow, moving through one side of the reformer to the other. The entire class runs on a light spring keeping your core switched on the whole time, so your whole body will be shaking by the end.

Props: 2 x hand weights (1-3 kgs)
