With International Pilates Day landing on May 2nd, we are using it as a reason to dedicate an entire month to the reformer. Whether you have been practising for 10 weeks or 10 years, whether you own a reformer or not, this month we invite you to complete all four classes, or explore our range of reformer-on-the-mat options.

💛 Elevated Burn: A full body flow for all clients, including those who are pregnant
🧘 Restore & Release: Using the reformer to create length, ease tension and restore the body.
🔥 Core & Legs: Two instructors demonstrating every exercise on the reformer and the mat, side by side.
