A high-cardio barre burner that lifts your heart rate and leaves your muscles shaking. Punchy, powerful, and seriously sweaty.

💪 Sculpt & Stabilise
Core, mobility and control — the kind of strength that supports everything else. Slower-paced, deeply focused, and still spicy.

🧘‍♀️ Stretch & Reset
Your recovery session. A gentle yoga flow to lengthen, breathe, and reset your system for the week ahead.
