Your muscles don't actually get stronger during a workout; that happens afterwards, during recovery. Exercise breaks down the muscle fibres, and then they rebuild and add a little extra. But the quality and quantity of your recovery can make all the difference.
June’s shorter days and cooler weather are the perfect cue to slow down. The Reset Series is a 4-week recovery challenge designed to refresh your energy and sharpen your mind-body connection. Complete them in order, and you should notice your workouts start to get easier as your muscles repair faster and get more efficient.
Week 1: Roll and Release

Week 2: Stretch your Shopping Feet
👣This 15-minute session explores how the feet influence your whole-body alignment. You'll feel the difference immediately.
Week 3: Reformer Stretch
🌊The reformer's resistance lets your muscles release more deeply than a standard stretch.

Week 4: Stretch & Mobility Flow
