This is the first in a cozy series of bedtime yoga sessions, each one created to help you unwind and ease into sleep, one evening at a time. In this 10-minute practice, you'll gently reverse the effects of a day at your desk by strengthening the glutes, loosening tight hip flexors, and opening the shoulders and chest to counteract slouched posture.
