Equipment: a chair, two light hand weights & a small Pilates ball or cushion.

A strong leg focused barre workout. Work the inner thighs, glutes, thighs and calves, finishing with weighted arm exercises. No abdominal exercises.

Suitable for prenatal and postnatal, pending doctors' clearance.
