This class is the first in a series to help you find your connection with where your head, neck, shoulders and ribcage are in space, and how engaging them gives your whole body the information it needs to naturally hold better posture. Zoe guides you through a series of drills that are just as valuable for beginners, hypermobile folks, and our retired community as they are for anyone wanting to move and feel better.
