This stretch and mobility class focuses on all major joints and muscles groups. Working in and out of end ranges to improve mobility, blood flow and breath-work. There is a fair amount of kneeling so not suitable for anyone who cannot weight bear on knees. Also not pregnancy friendly. The end of the class will finish with some breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.
