Challenge your strength, stability, and control in this full-body barre session with Emily. You’ll need a loop band, two light handweights (Emily uses 1kg, but you can go heavier), and a stable surface to use as a barre. This class moves through a standing series including pliés, arabesque, and single-leg deadlifts to test your balance and endurance, before finishing on the mat with focused core work and a well-earned stretch.

Emily’s upbeat, encouraging energy will keep you moving through this tough but rewarding class. While it's accessible for anyone, it’s especially ideal for intermediate to advanced clients looking to push their practice further.
