OurSalted Caramel Smoothie is the perfect sweet pick-me-up to fuel your day whilstoffering you an abundance of good nutrition!

We’ve naturally sweetened it with medjool dates, which offers a caramel-like flavour whilst also providing fibre to support healthy digestion and steady energy levels.  

The almond butter adds a dose of healthy fats which helps you feel satisfied andthe frozen banana not only makes the smoothie beautifully thick and creamy butalso provides complex carbohydrates, perfect for a pre-workout snack or a busy day on the go!  

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

3 medjool dates,large

1 large banana,frozen

1 tbsp almondbutter

0.5 tsp vanillaessence

1 cup plant-basedmilk

Pinch of salt

Ice

Method:

1.    In a high speed blender, add allingredients and blend on high until smooth.

2.    Pour into a glass, add a straw andenjoy!
