Homemade Labna. Quick, easy and delcious

Ingredients & tools

1kg tub full fat greek yoghurt

Cheesecloth or muslin

Method

Place the Greek yoghurt into a cheesecloth or muslin and place it in a strainer sitting in a large bowl; make sure the bowl is deep enough to catch the whey. Leave in the fridge overnight for the whey to drain out and transfer labneh to a bowl.
